AMI values your business and we are committed to maintaining our customers’ privacy and security. Under state and federal law, AMI has a responsibility to protect the confidentiality of your Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). CPNI is information about the type, quantity, configuration, location, usage, and billing of your AMI services. AMI will not use or disclose any CPNI except as permitted or required by law. We will only use your CPNI to provide the AMI services to which you subscribe or to offer you additional products and services from which we feel you may benefit. AMI has physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in place that comply with regulations to guard your nonpublic information. These are standard and automatic protections for all of our customers and no action is needed on your part in order to be certain that your information is protected.
